OHT Partners has proposed a 435-unit, six-story residential project at 2117 W. 49th St. in Rosedale. The building will rise approximately 75 feet on the historic Rosedale School site.
Plans preserve the school's historic facade and include a parking garage and roughly a half acre of on-site public parkland.
Completion is targeted for end of 2029. The project remains in the proposed stage, pending rezoning and permitting.
The site sits along West 49th Street near Rosedale's residential core, within reach of the Burnet Road and Lamar Boulevard corridors.
