White Lodging's 13-story, 258-room Hotel Trinity, an Autograph Collection property, is under construction at 311 E. Fifth St, with completion expected in late 2026.
Hotel Trinity, an Autograph Collection hotel, is under construction at 311 E. Fifth St in downtown Austin. The building permit has moved from approved to active. The 13-story project will include 258 hotel rooms and 20 units. White Lodging is developing, with architecture by PFVS.
Amenities include a rooftop pool, fitness center, guest-only social club, ground-floor restaurant, and roughly 6,000 square feet of meeting space.
The rooftop, branded Sundeck Social, will host Sundeck Sessions live music programming. The project also includes Antone's Suites, a nod to the blues club that long operated nearby on Fifth Street. Completion is expected by November 30, 2026.
The site sits one block from the Sixth Street corridor and within walking distance of the Austin Convention Center, adding to the downtown hotel pipeline.
