Easton Park Medical Center is under construction at 7900 Skytree Dr in Southeast Austin, within the Easton Park master-planned community. The single-story, 50,000-square-foot project is slated for completion by June 30, 2027. Partners Development, part of Partners Real Estate, is the developer.
This is the project's first appearance in our tracking. It was previously listed as proposed at E. William Cannon Dr and Colton Bluff Rd; the address has since been finalized and construction has begun.
