Block 185, a 35-story office tower, is complete at 601 W. Second St., Austin. Developed by Trammell Crow Company and designed by Pelli Clarke & Partners, the 804,000 sq ft building stands 594 feet tall. It features 1,411 parking spaces, outdoor terraces, a fitness center, wellness center, and ground floor retail and dining. A boardwalk along Shoal Creek and elevated amenity decks are included. The project, completed by May 31, 2022, holds a LEED Platinum certification.
