The 594-foot tower includes 1,411 parking spaces, a ground floor lobby, retail and dining, a creek-side tenant amenity, and a boardwalk. Outdoor roof areas, terraces, a fitness center, and landscaped levels enhance tenant experience. Completed on May 31, 2022.
Block 185 holds a LEED Platinum certification, emphasizing sustainability and energy efficiency.
