9 Hundred, a 383-unit, 30-story tower at 900 W. 23rd St. in West Campus, has been approved. Developed by Adam America Real Estate, the 315-foot project is the first of its kind tracked in this newsletter.

The tower will serve UT Austin students, with 78 units—roughly 20%—designated as affordable housing.

At 315 feet, the project ranks among West Campus's taller residential towers, where the University Neighborhood Overlay has enabled high-density student development for two decades. Completion is set for December 31, 2029.

The site sits near multiple Capital Metro routes along Guadalupe and 24th streets, within walking distance of The Drag and the UT campus.
