The Belleair Bluffs Hotel, a 100-room boutique project from Belleair Bluffs Hotel LLC, won approval for a site on West Bay Drive near the Belleair Causeway. This is the project's first appearance in our tracking.
The hotel will rise 75 feet with a rooftop restaurant, formal dining room, pool, and patio. Completion is reported as March 31, 2028.

The site sits on the West Bay Drive corridor, the main east-west route through Belleair Bluffs linking the mainland to the Belleair Causeway and the barrier island communities of Belleair Beach and Belleair Shore.
