Metro has approved 901 MLK, a 33-story, 370-foot residential tower at 901 Dr. Martin L. King Jr. Blvd. Giarratana LLC is developing; Goettsch Partners is the architect. The 248-unit project targets completion May 31, 2028.
The tower includes 578 parking spaces. Amenities: rooftop pool, sun deck, fitness center, coworking space, lounge, leasing center, and mailroom.

Giarratana is a Nashville-based developer of downtown residential and mixed-use projects. Goettsch Partners is a Chicago firm known for high-rise design. The tower ranks among the taller residential buildings on the MLK corridor north of downtown.
