A 53-story mixed-use tower branded 319 Peabody (InterContinental Hotel & Residences) has been approved for 319 Peabody Street in SoBro. Developed by DAC Developments with architecture by Pappageorge Haymes, the 636-foot project includes 405 hotel rooms and 104 residential units.
Plans call for 400 parking spaces and completion by December 31, 2028. Amenities include a rooftop pool deck, rooftop hotel bar, dedicated residential amenity level, and hotel event and meeting space. Street level features a public plaza and pedestrian arcade.
At 636 feet, the tower would rank among Nashville's tallest. It adds to the wave of large-scale hotel and residential development in SoBro, which has absorbed much of the city's recent high-rise construction.
