Waterline Tower, a 352-unit mixed-use project, is under construction at 98 Red River St, Austin. Spanning 2.7 million sq ft, it will rise 74 floors. Developed by Lincoln Property Company and Kairoi Residential, with architecture by Kohn Pedersen Fox, the tower will reach 1,025 feet and include 251 hotel rooms. Amenities: ground-floor retail, restaurants, indoor/outdoor spaces, wellness areas, podium gardens, and a public paseo over Waller Creek. Completion is slated for late 2026. It aims for LEED Gold certification, underscoring sustainable practices.
