Waterline, a 352-unit mixed-use tower, is under construction at 98 Red River Street, Austin. The 74-floor, 2.7 million sq ft project by Lincoln Property Company, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, will stand 1,025 feet tall.
Features include 251 hotel rooms, integrating residential and hospitality spaces. Completion is slated for late 2026.
