W. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd & Nueces Mixed-Use Towers, approved at 601 W Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, will rise in downtown Austin. Features include 379 residential units and 287 hotel rooms, developed by Rundog Real Estate Group with STG Design as the architect.
