Rundog Real Estate's Two Towers, a mixed-use project, is approved near UT Austin. It includes 379 units and 287 hotel rooms, designed by STG Design. The towers will rise 445 feet with 494 parking spaces, completing by May 31, 2028. No affordable housing units are planned.
