Pathways at Santa Rita Courts West, a 96-unit mixed-use development, approved for 2210 E. 2nd St, Austin. Located in East Austin, the four-story project is developed by Austin Affordable Housing Corporation with Carleton Development, Ltd.

Completion is set for 2027. Amenities include a pre-kindergarten facility and resident services such as workforce development, youth education, health initiatives, and academic tutoring.
