Plans call for 500 apartments and 100 for-sale townhomes, with first occupancies expected in late 2027. Wasatch bought the 58-acre site in 2024.
The site sits along Paleface Ranch Road with access to SH 71, the corridor linking Spicewood to Bee Cave, Lakeway, and central Austin.
