Law School Village, a 280-unit mixed-use building, is under construction at 2902 Medical Arts Street, Austin. Spanning 211,385 square feet across 14 floors, it is developed by Greystar with design by Lemmo Architecture and Design.

Amenities include a library-style sky-lounge, cafe, fitness and yoga area, expansive courtyard, and two roof decks with views of the campus and downtown. Future retail space will feature a coffee shop. Completion is slated for August 31, 2028.
