Concourse M at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, 3600 Presidential Blvd, Austin, TX 78719, has been registered as a $10 million project with notable revisions. Planned square footage dropped from 84,500 to 37,357 square feet, and the completion target moved from December 31, 2026 to March 31, 2028.

The three-story facility is classified as mixed-use infrastructure. Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is the developer, with Interior Architects handling design. The concourse will serve departing and arriving passengers at the airport's walk-out gates.
