Blocks 16 & 18, a 130-unit mixed-use development, approved for East 11th & Curve/Waller Street, Austin. The project spans 185,000 sq ft, developed by Pleasant Hill Collaborative with architecture by Forgecraft Architecture, Moody-Nolan, and Carter Design Associates.
It includes 184 parking spaces, rooftop areas, an exterior courtyard, live/work townhomes, restaurants, and cultural venues. Notably, 100 units are designated as affordable housing.
Completion is slated for 2029. Transit details are pending. The development aims to integrate into the neighborhood with a mix of residential and commercial spaces.
