Endeavor Real Estate Group's 5-story, 198,000 sq ft mixed-use project at 1200 W 5th St is under construction, with delivery expected in late 2028.

5th & Walsh, a five-story, 198,000-square-foot mixed-use development, is under construction at 1200 W 5th St, near West 5th and Walsh streets. Endeavor Real Estate Group is developing the project, designed by Lake Flato Architects, with completion expected by December 31, 2028.

The project combines office and retail across five floors, with ground-level restaurants and retail. Amenities include a fitness center, spa and wellness facility, conference and training center, bike storage, and lockers. The design features outdoor terraces, private patios, two interior courtyards, and paseos and catwalks connecting the building's spaces. A community terrace offers downtown skyline views; the property will have concierge service and on-site security.
