Woodstock Mill District Breaks Ground on Towne Lake Parkway

Woodstock Mill District, a 118,000-square-foot retail development, is under construction at 150-210 Towne Lake Parkway in Woodstock. Previously tracked as proposed, the project has moved into active construction. Connolly is the developer; Place Maker Design is the architect.

Publix anchors the project. Plans call for 620 parking spaces, with completion expected March 31, 2027.

Site features include patio spaces, a traffic circle with a custom sculpture, and a 10-foot-wide sidewalk connecting to the Greenprints Trail, Woodstock's multi-use trail system.

The site sits near the Towne Lake Parkway and Woodstock Parkway intersection, a primary commercial corridor. The address, previously listed at the intersection itself, has been refined to 150-210 Towne Lake Parkway, Woodstock, GA 30188.
