The Proctor, a 142-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at 698 Oliver Street NW in Atlanta. Developed by Windsor Stevens Holdings and designed by Niles Bolton Associates, Inc., it will feature eight floors of residential and commercial space.

Features include 160 parking spaces, a pool deck, clubroom, dog spa, game room, fitness and yoga room, and a chill room with a full kitchen. Completion is set for May 31, 2026. The project includes 41 affordable housing units, supporting the city's accessible housing goals.
