CTR, a mixed-use development at 190 Marietta Street NW, Atlanta, is under construction. Designed by TVS design and developed by CP Group, it covers 1,150,000 sq ft in downtown.

Features include a 24,000 sq ft atrium, a 50,000 sq ft fitness center, and the CTR Food Works food hall with 11–12 vendors and Georgia's largest bar at 2,800 sq ft, seating 60. Additional amenities: production and creative studios, a tenant lounge, and a conference center. Completion is set for May 21, 2026.
