Hines has acquired 99 West Paces, a completed mixed-use development at 99 W Paces Ferry Rd NW in Buckhead, for $240 million. The 13-story project contains 312 units across 380,700 square feet. JLB Partners developed the property, with design by Ziegler Cooper Architects.
Completed in late 2022, the project includes 542 parking spaces. The sale transfers ownership of one of Buckhead's newer residential developments along the Paces Ferry Road corridor.

Amenities include a resort-style pool with cabanas and grotto, fitness center, yoga studio, sky lounge, club room, bistro bar, café, and billiard room. Work-oriented features include co-working space, private offices, and conference facilities. The building sits near the Paces Ferry and Peachtree Road intersection, a central node in the Buckhead commercial district.
