Elyse Buckhead, a 20-story, 194-unit residential tower from Kolter Urban, is under construction at 102 W Paces Ferry Road in Buckhead. Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio is the architect. Completion has slipped from December 31, 2028 to March 31, 2029.
Outdoor amenities include heated resort-style pools with cabanas, an elevated amenity terrace, outdoor lounges, an open-air kitchen, a fire pit, an event lawn, a pickleball court, and a dog park with pet wash station.

Indoor offerings include a sports lounge with simulator, screening theater, private dining room with catering kitchen, club room, fitness center, and movement studio.
