Edged Completes 450K SF Atlanta Data Center at 1968 Marietta Road
Edged Energy has completed a 450,000-square-foot, 100 MW data center at 1968 Marietta Road NW in northwest Atlanta, featuring waterless cooling and Tier III design.
The Edged Atlanta Data Center (ATL01-2) at 1968 Marietta Road NW is complete. The single-story facility spans 450,000 square feet, revised up from the previously reported 218,000. Edged Energy, an Endeavour subsidiary, developed the project; MG2 designed it.
Building permits were valued at $44,445,615. Completion, originally slated for March 2027, was moved up to December 2025.
The facility includes 17 data halls with 181,744 square feet of white space and 100 MW of critical IT load. A waterless ThermalWorks system provides liquid cooling up to 200 kW per rack. The Tier III facility also has four diverse fiber entry points and meet-me rooms.
The site sits on Marietta Road NW with access to I-285 and I-75 via nearby arterials.
