District at Bowen Phase II, a 112-unit residential project at Yates Drive and Wilkes Circle NW, is under construction in northwest Atlanta. Bowen District Developers, a partnership of The Benoit Group and McCormack Baron Salazar, is developing the project as part of the Bowen Homes redevelopment.
The project has moved from proposed to active construction, with completion expected by December 31, 2027.
Of the 112 units, 79 will be affordable. The mixed-income approach mirrors McCormack Baron Salazar's public housing redevelopments in other cities.
Amenities include a coworking space, media room, children's study area, fitness center, and an outdoor social space with grills. A gated ground-floor parking garage offers elevator service.
Phase II continues the buildout of the former Bowen Homes public housing site into mixed-income housing with community amenities.
