Centennial Yards, an 8-million-square-foot mixed-use redevelopment of The Gulch, is under construction following the Westside TAD Extension. Plans call for 1,000 residential units and 1,000 hotel rooms. Centennial Yards Company, a CIM Group affiliate, is developing the project.

The below-grade rail yards and parking lots will become a mixed-use district with an entertainment district, plaza, Cosm Shared Reality venue, Live Nation venue, brewery, and retail and dining space.
Completion is expected December 31, 2030. The Westside TAD Extension provides the financing framework that moved the project from proposal to active construction.
The site sits adjacent to Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena. Five Points MARTA station (Red, Gold, Blue, Green lines) is several blocks east; GWCC/CNN Center station (Blue, Green) serves the area to the west. Access is via Northside Drive and the Downtown Connector (I-75/85).
