Construction is underway on 207 Peachtree, a four-story, 45,000-square-foot mixed-use project at 207 Peachtree St NE in downtown Atlanta. RPB Management Group is developing the project in the Regenstein's Building, with architecture by ASD | SKY. Completion is expected by December 31, 2026.

The building will house six food, beverage, and entertainment concepts. The anchor is the Grand Ballroom, a 10,000-square-foot event venue with capacity for more than 300 guests. Other components: Aire Rooftop Lounge, an indoor-outdoor rooftop space with fire pits and a pergola; Peachtree Sporting Club, a sports bar with a 20-foot panoramic TV wall and seven simulator bays; American Dive, with live music, BBQ, pool, darts, and arcade games; Red Phone Booth, a 1920s-style speakeasy; and Amalfi Cucina + Mercato, an Italian restaurant.
The site sits within walking distance of the Peachtree Center MARTA station (Red and Gold lines), the Atlanta Streetcar route, and multiple MARTA bus lines along Peachtree Street.
