Tampa has approved Third Lake Partners' 14-block mixed-use redevelopment of WestShore Plaza at 250 Westshore Plaza. The project includes 1,765 residential units, a 240-room hotel, and 3.5 million square feet of total space. Nelson Worldwide is the architect.
Buildings will rise up to 12 floors and 190 feet, with 6,431 parking spaces across the site. The plan converts the existing mall into a mixed-use district.
