Bromley Companies' 339-unit, 23-story mixed-use tower at 3615 W. Cypress St. in Tampa's Midtown district has been approved. Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio designed the project.
Midtown South Tower, a 339-unit mixed-use project at 3615 W. Cypress St. near Himes Avenue, has been approved in Tampa's Midtown district. The 23-story tower will rise 247 feet and total 423,000 square feet. Bromley Companies is developing, with Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio Architecture on design.
The approval moves the project from proposed status. Plans include 546 parking spaces serving the residential and mixed-use components.
Amenities include a pool, outdoor deck, fitness facilities, saunas, spa areas, grilling space, clubroom, coworking space, and mailroom. A second rooftop clubroom with outdoor space tops the building.
The project joins a growing cluster of residential and commercial construction along the Cypress Street corridor west of downtown.
