Vanderbilt Innovation Neighborhood, a 2004-unit mixed-use project, is approved for West End Ave & 30-31st Ave South in Nashville. Spanning 3,045,574 sq ft, it's developed by Vanderbilt University with architecture by Bjarke Ingels Group, Hastings Architecture, and Field Operations.

Features include 651 hotel rooms, retail, restaurants, housing, and research facilities. Public spaces like a square and 'meander', arts, culture, and bike infrastructure are also planned. Completion is set for December 31, 2035.
