The St. Regis Nashville, a mixed-use development, approved for 805 Demonbreun Street. Features include 179 units, 46 floors, and 740,000 sq ft. Developed by Turnberry and designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, it combines residential and hotel spaces.

Standing at 651 feet, it offers 230 parking spaces. Amenities include a fine-dining restaurant, lobby bar, spa, and indoor/outdoor pools. Completion is set for December 31, 2028.

Additional amenities: two amenity decks, fitness center, lounges, golf simulator, and terraces. The hotel will have 179 rooms for a luxurious visitor experience.
