Skyline Heights, a 280-unit, five-story residential project at 927 Skyline Ridge Drive on Nashville's East Bank, has been approved. The Clear Blue Company is developing, with architecture by SV Design. Approval required a PILOT agreement and an amendment to the East Bank plan; the project was previously tracked as Skyline Heights PILOT & East Bank Plan Amendment 3.
All 280 units are income-restricted.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, courtyard, playground, dog park, and structured parking.
The site sits within the East Bank, the former industrial district Metro is repositioning for dense mixed-use development under its Imagine East Bank plan. Skyline Ridge Drive is part of the district's new street network.
