Paramount Tower, a 500-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at 1010 Church Street, Nashville. The 60-floor project spans 979,000 sq ft, developed by Giarratana Development, LLC, and designed by Goettsch Partners.

Rising to 750 feet, it includes 517 parking spaces. Amenities: a ninth-floor residential lounge, TV room, fitness and yoga room, game room, and pool deck. Co-working space features private study rooms, lounge chairs, cabanas, and grilling stations. The 40th floor offers a lounge, bar, fireplace lounge, and private dining with a catering kitchen. Completion is targeted for May 31, 2028.

Additional features include a bike room and dog spa. The development aims for LEED Gold certification, underscoring its sustainability commitment.
