Paramount Tower, a 500-unit mixed-use building, is under construction at 1010 Church Street, Nashville. Designed by Goettsch Partners and developed by Giarratana Development, LLC, it will feature 60 floors and cover 700,000 square feet.

The tower will reach 750 feet and include 517 parking spaces. Amenities include fitness centers, lounges, co-working spaces, and a pool with a terrace. Completion is slated for May 15, 2028.

Residents will enjoy amenities on multiple levels, such as a lounge, dining rooms, and a game room on Level 9, plus a condo lounge and bar on Level 40. Additional facilities include a bike room and a dog spa.
