Oracle's River North World Headquarters Campus is approved for 800 Cowan Street on Nashville's East Bank. The 3,580,000-square-foot, 8-story mixed-use project, designed by Foster + Partners, includes a 120-room hotel and 2,521 parking spaces. Completion is targeted for December 31, 2030. The address was formalized as 800 Cowan Street after the site was previously identified broadly as the River North East Bank parcel.
Amenities include a two-plus-acre central park, auditorium, amphitheater, riverfront greenway and trails, and a pedestrian bridge to Germantown. The site also features a central lake and water feature, community garden, pollinator garden, and sculpture installations.
Hospitality and retail components include a Nobu restaurant, rooftop infinity pool, fitness center and spa, and a retail strip.
The site sits along the Cumberland River across from downtown, with the pedestrian bridge connecting north to Germantown.
