Oracle River North Campus, a 2 million sq ft mixed-use development, is underway at River North, East Bank, Nashville. Developed by Oracle with architecture by Norman Foster, it includes a luxury hotel with 120 rooms, a restaurant, spa, rooftop infinity pool, and fitness center. Amenities also feature a public park, greenway, community health clinic, and pedestrian bridge. Completion is slated for December 31, 2031.
