Oracle's 2.7M sq ft mixed-use campus is under construction at River North, East Bank, Nashville. Developed by Oracle Corporation with architecture by Foster + Partners and Hastings Architecture, it will include 120 hotel rooms, a Nobu-operated hotel and restaurant, a community health clinic, and a public park and greenway. Features also include a pedestrian bridge, riverfront park, concert venue, and rooftop infinity pool. Completion is set for December 31, 2031.
