Oracle East Bank, a 1550-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at East Bank, Cumberland River, Nashville. Spanning 2,000,000 sq ft, it is developed by The Fallon Company with architecture by Foster + Partners and Hastings Architecture.

Features include a luxury Nobu hotel with 120 rooms, a Nobu restaurant, and a rooftop infinity pool. Amenities include a public park, a greenway along the Cumberland River, a community health clinic, a student innovation center, and a pedestrian bridge to Germantown. Completion is slated for December 31, 2031.

The first phase near Nissan Stadium involves design by HKS, Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, Gresham Smith, and Morris Adjmi Architects. The TPAC building design involves BIG, William Rawn Associates, and Hastings.
