Oracle East Bank Campus, a mixed-use project, is under construction at East Bank along the Cumberland River in Nashville. The development spans 2,000,000 sq ft and includes 120 hotel rooms. Oracle Corporation is behind the project, with architecture by Foster + Partners and Hastings Architecture.
Amenities include a public park, riverfront greenway, pedestrian bridge to Germantown, and a community health clinic. Additional features are a Nobu restaurant, rooftop infinity pool, spa, fitness center, and meeting spaces with skyline views. Completion is slated for December 31, 2031.
