Nissan Stadium, a 1550-unit mixed-use project, is under construction next to the existing stadium at Nashville's East Bank. The development spans 2.1 million sq ft over six floors. Developed by The Fallon Company and Elmington, with architecture by Humphreys.
The 235-foot structure includes a translucent ETFE roof, 360-degree terraces, and 12,000 sq ft of community space. It offers 384 parking spaces and 1,425 hotel rooms. Completion is slated for February 28, 2027.
Aiming for LEED Gold certification, the project emphasizes sustainability. Features include expanded restrooms and frictionless concessions.
