Neuhoff Mixed-Use Development, a 542-unit project, is under construction at 1316–1320 Adams Street in Nashville's Neuhoff District. The 14-floor, 914,000-square-foot development is a joint venture by New City Properties and Cousins Properties, designed by S9 Architecture and Smith Gee Studio, LLC.

It includes 2,100 parking spaces, a rooftop pool, a two-story fitness center, ground-floor retail and restaurants, and a riverfront amphitheater. Additional features are concierge services, EV charging stations, and access to the Cumberland River Greenway.

Aiming for LEED Gold certification, the project emphasizes sustainability with green spaces and a rooftop terrace, enhancing public areas for residents and visitors. Completion is slated for May 31, 2024.
