Neuhoff District, a 542-unit mixed-use project, is complete at 1316–1320 Adams Street in Germantown, Nashville. Spanning 1.3 million sq ft, it includes residential and commercial spaces, developed by New City Properties and designed by S9 Architecture.

Amenities include a rooftop pool, fitness center, ground-floor retail, and restaurants. Residents and tenants access a 6,800 sq ft gym, conference rooms, and lounges. Additional features are a riverfront terrace, greenway, and amphitheater access. The project offers 2,100 parking spaces.

LEED certified, Neuhoff District emphasizes sustainability and will be fully operational by 2025.
