Harlowe, a 300-unit, 16-story tower at 908 Division Street in The Gulch, is complete. The 180-foot, 478,000-square-foot building was developed by Greystar Real Estate Partners and designed by R2L: Architects.
The project, previously tracked as Harlowe on Division, delivered in September 2021 with 392 parking spaces.
Amenities include the Alcove, a sixth-floor pool and cabana lounge with wet bar and shuffleboard; Studio 908, a fitness center and yoga studio with Echelon Bikes and Mirror Gym; and Platform 16, a penthouse bar and terrace. Select penthouses have private terraces.
Ground-floor space houses a brew-lounge and art gallery. Other amenities: a resident lounge with flex workspaces and conference room, landscaped courtyard with grilling areas, bike storage and repair shop, dog washing station, and package lockers.
