Evermere at Trinity and Northview, located at 865 and 876 West Trinity Lane respectively, are under construction in Nashville. Evermere is developed by Dominium with Smith Gee Studio, while Northview involves The Clear Blue Co., Urban Campus and Core, and Born Again Church, designed by STG Design and Thomas & Hutton.

Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, playground, outdoor spaces, private balconies, washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, and high-speed internet. Additional features: a bus stop, rooftop deck, walking trails, health clinic, pharmacy, and salon. A total of 233 affordable units are planned, with completion by December 31, 2026.
