Yaeger Plaza, a 135-unit mixed-use building, is under construction at 1177 NW 62nd Street in Miami's Liberty City. Developed by The Integral Group, it will rise eight stories, completing by December 2027.

Amenities include a health clinic, ground-floor retail, wellness areas, green space, a STEM center, and a museum. A dedicated floor will support disabled veterans and seniors.

All 135 units are designated as affordable housing, emphasizing community enrichment through diverse offerings and inclusive design.
