Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami, a 387-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at 300 Biscayne Boulevard. The 100-story project spans 1,725,324 square feet, developed by Property Markets Group with Sieger Suarez Architects.
Rising to 1,049 feet, it includes 205 hotel rooms. Amenities: Peacock Alley, a specialty restaurant, event spaces, a resort-style pool deck with private cabanas, a wellness spa, fitness center, and an owners-only lobby and lounge. Completion is set for June 30, 2028.
Additional features: hospitality suite, billiard room, kid’s club, private pool deck, and residential amenities lounge. The design blends residential and hotel functions, catering to residents and guests.
