THesis Miami, formerly Paseo de la Riviera, is complete at 1340-1350 South Dixie Highway in Coral Gables. The 10-story, 900,000-square-foot project includes 204 residential units and a 245-room hotel. Nolan Reynolds International developed it, with architecture by Gensler.
The project delivered in late 2020, meeting its December 31, 2020 target, with 600 parking spaces. It combines residential, hotel, and retail uses along the US-1 corridor near the University of Miami.
