Cove Residences, a 134-unit mixed-use tower, is under construction at 456 NE 29th St, Miami. The 40-story building by Grupo T&C, designed by Kobi Karp and Dieguez Fridman, will reach 637 feet and include 150 parking spaces.
Amenities include a waterfront infinity pool, private cabanas, fitness center, spa with cold plunge, massage rooms, hammam, and sauna. Completion is set for December 31, 2028.
Additional features: rooftop lounge with outdoor kitchen, private dining with chef's kitchen, theater, game room, library, wine lounge, and dock access. Shared coworking space, private offices, and healthcare concierge are also available. The project is LEED certified for sustainability.
