One Brickell Riverfront, a 784-unit mixed-use tower, is under construction at 99 Southwest Seventh Street in Miami's Brickell. The 60-floor, 1,160,588 sq ft project by Fortune International Group and Arquitectonica will reach 802 feet with 919 parking spaces. Amenities include a private marina, resort-style pool deck, fitness center, spa, co-working spaces, cigar lounge, rooftop pool, wellness center, social lounge, bowling alley, screening room, pet spa, club lounge, and café. Completion is slated for August 31, 2027.
